DO YOU WANT TO BE HEALED?

Pain takes many forms. Sometimes it's in the body — a sickness that lingers. Other times, it's in the heart — invisible, but just as real. When healing feels out of reach, it’s easy to give up. But what if hope is closer than you think?

There are moments when pain becomes part of everyday life. You stop expecting relief. You tell yourself, “This is just how it is now.” Maybe you’ve tried everything — advice, remedies, distractions — but the heaviness doesn’t go away. It’s tiring to hope when nothing seems to change.

But healing often begins in places we don’t expect. Not just in the body, but in the soul — the place where peace, courage, and joy are born again.

There was a man who had been unwell for years. Every time help came close, he missed the chance. One day, he was asked a question:

“Do you want to be healed?” When he said yes, he was told to get up — and he walked. (John 5:1–9)

Another story tells of a woman who had suffered silently for over a decade. In a crowded street, she reached out — not with her voice, but with her hand — and touched someone who carried peace. And in that moment, her body was healed, and her heart was seen. (Mark 5:25–34)

These moments weren’t just about miracles. They were about being noticed, understood, and made whole.

Healing doesn’t always come overnight. But it often begins with honesty — with reaching out, with saying, “I want to be well.”

If you're tired of hurting in silence, take one small step. Open your heart. And let hope in.
